Almost There!
Part 1: My team and I have been communicating through Discord about our final research video project. We also have two separate Google slides to which we contribute. We each get some slides and with those slides, we have to do a voiceover. Monica and Flavio are the ones who will convert the Google slides into a YouTube video. If there is a large, more time-consuming, project in the future I think what will work better is to probably meet up with the team more than once a week. This will give us the chance to go over the project, ask questions, and collaborate more in detail. Another way would be to meet up in person, if we all are able to.
Part 2: In the PowerPoint tips, I learned what not to put on your PowerPoint. Too much of one thing can be harmful in your PowerPoint, as it won't get the audience's attention. It was also helpful to know to add visual aids as it can help. I watched For Future AI, the prompt is You by Rajeev Ronanki and I found the concepts he provided interesting which assess the usage of AI. His purpose was to inspire others on the usage of AI to a prompt that they are interested in. The other video I watched was Why Daylight is the Secret to Great Sleep by Christine Blume as I found the title interesting. It was engaging to recognize how much daylight I’m exposed to as it can affect how well I sleep. I have a hard time sleeping and I do realize that I am not exposed to daylight a lot.
